Debugging a universal testing machine

(1)關(guān)掉油泵電機(jī)，旋出油泵上面的MS絲堵，排出泵內(nèi)的空氣(和少量油一起流出)，排凈空氣后旋回絲堵：啟動(dòng)油泵反復(fù)升降活塞將油缸、油管內(nèi)的空氣排凈。(2)將冷彎支座向兩邊等距拉開，以移動(dòng)橫梁升降時(shí)不碰到為準(zhǔn)

(1) turn off the oil pump motor, screw out the MS plug on the oil pump, discharge the air in the pump (with a small amount of oil outflow), exhaust air spinning waste blocking: start the pump lift cylinder piston will be repeated, the air exhaust pipe. (2) will be opened cold-formedsupport to both sides equally, to move the lifting does not meet standard

(3)在臺(tái)板上安裝球面下壓板，升降移動(dòng)橫梁使上下壓板相距約20mm

(4)啟動(dòng)油泵，關(guān)閉回油閥開啟送油閥使臺(tái)板上升，緩慢加大壓力

(5) 檢查各油管接頭有無漏油(6)如有漏油，卸力后擰緊油處接頭
